Advice to Management. I really don't have much to say about the management for everything wasn't really if you will at the front door to talk with them So as far as that goes I guess all I'm going to say is That things turned out the way that they did and I guess on Management's behalf That what they were trying to do was good enough That's all I can say2/5(18).

Apr 23, · I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek (Farmington, CT) in November Interview. Had multiple interviews/phone calls. Very misleading. Just recently interviewed and was asked how much I wanted to make. I said the amount and was told that want likely along with what made me special to make that kind of money.
Pros. The people you work with in your office will generally be the best part of the job. Despite being compared to each other constantly, I still found a great camaraderie among my peers and felt that we all genuinely wanted to help each other and see each other succeed.3/5.
Cons-Management is a joke -Brainwashing techniques used -Excessive meetings -Hours are crazy long, (Start at am sharp. finishing around at a MINIMUM) -Inconsistent standards from different account managers -You get blamed for things out of your control -You are represented by a spread number (Ultimately what you produce) -TURNOVER, I cannot stress this one hard enough, you might 5/5.
